Acclaimed author and actor Rishi Kapoor has managed to out-jackass himself, a feat which was previously considered to be almost impossible.
The veteran actor, who is known for directing Aa Ab Laut Chalein and penning several problems Twitter DMs, decided he was not dickish enough and so he called out a fan for using poor English in a tweet that was praising his work in Mulk.
“It comes as no surprise that dad, I mean Rishi sir, would do something like that,” said our source who wishes to remain anonymous, adding, “He even got a ‘World’s No 1 Hypocrite’ mug for Father’s Day this year.”
While he usually reserved his particular brand of trash opinions to people who would criticise him or his son, with his latest tweet he has proved that his jackassery knows no bounds.
“I think we need to look at this as glass half-full,” says Preity Zinta, “At least he didn’t used a casteist or sexist slur here. That’s a good thing, right?”
We tried to reach out to Rishi Kapoor for a response but we didn’t have his number and it felt wrong to add even a small quantity of time to his daily Twitter time by tweeting at him.
