Actor and nepotism apologist Varun Dhawan posted a picture on Instagram recently that cleared all doubts that, while he is on his way of becoming a rock, he is still not completely there.

Dhawan shared a shirtless picture on the social media platform that showed his chiselled abs confirming the fact that he is almost turned into a rock, something he has claimed he wants to be in past interviews.

“I keep saying I want to be a rock, but people think I’m talking about The Rock (Dwayne Johnson),” said the Judwaa 2 actor, in an interview late last year. According to the actor, he has been working towards becoming a sedimentary formation with the help of his trainer, who has previously helped John Abraham become a brick wall. “A lot of people had started saying that I’ve completely become a rock, so I wanted to show that I’m just halfway there.”

Dhawan’s latest post shows the impressive progress he has made so far. “I know I have a long way to go before I completely transform into a rock, but this mid-way post is to motivate other people like me who are passionate about transforming into inanimate objects, both natural or man made,” said Varun.
