Amidst shuffling between Mumbai and New York, global superstar Priyanka Chopra made sure she was at her husband Nick Jonas’ side during his recent ‘Happiness Begins’ tour. In a recent interview, the Quantico actress opened up about her relationship with Nick, “It still feels as if we got married nine months ago.”

The actress has also had to refute several pregnancy rumours in the past few months. “People are obsessed with speculating about whether I’m pregnant or not. Yes, it would mean that we would finally have an undisputed heir to the throne of Jonas-Chopra clan, but it doesn’t mean that I need to get pregnant right away.”

When asked about whether she and Nick have any plans to add another human to this overpopulated world, she clarified that they’re in no hurry to have a baby. “It’s not completely off the charts, but we both agree that it’s only fair for us to become parents when we know that our baby will be born in a world where it’s legally accepted for bald people to dance in public.”

Priyanka is amongst several of celebrities who have petitioned the Supreme Court of India to strike down a law that states bald people can’t dance in public. The law is actually not a law, but a safeguard to prevent people from seeing Anupam Kher dancing in public. No bald person has ever been prosecuted for dancing in public.

“It’s heartbreaking to imagine how Anupam Kher must feel everyday,” said Priyanka.
