When it comes to beauty, fitness and most consecutive number of popcorns caught in mouth mid-air, nobody can beat Kareena Kapoor. It’s only natural that we look towards her to get some tips on how to be more like her. But since Google won’t fully give us her number or postal address, we turned to the next best thing, a celebrity nutritionist. “I have worked with many celebrities in the past, have you heard of Tuffy?,” says Rishika Digvijay, a well-known celebrity nutritionist, “The key to looking and feeling like a celebrity is to actually be one.”
Recently, Kareena and Saif Ali Khan had announced that they’re expecting their second child, leading us to the celebrity nutritionist to find out what we can eat to get the same thing that Kareena has…
View this post on Instagram Congratulations are in order for the Ali Khan household! @kareenakapoorkhan has revealed that she is pregnant with her second child and is super excited for this new addition to their family. “We’re obviously stoked about the news,” she said, “Media Darling Taimur Ali Khan is also really happy that he is going to be a big brother. We found out about this a while back but he asked me to reveal it on this specific day. It’s totally unrelated that it’s his sister Sara’s birthday today and that he has been going around with an evil smirk all day, whispering ‘Your thunder is mine’ to himself.” We reached out to him for a comment and his representative said, “Tim is very happy as he will finally get a team member who is ‘not a bougie, has-been who still unironically watches F.R.I.E.N.D.S’.” Are you excited about this news?! . . . . . . . . . . . . #Bollywood #BollywoodNews #KareenaKapoor #SaifAliKhan #TaimurAliKhan #celebrity #quote A post shared by Rayon (@rayonmag) on Aug 12, 2020 at 4:26am PDT

“Superfoods are the future,” says the celebrity nutritionist Rishika Digvijay, “I mean, it’s in their name. They’re not ordinary food. They can make you smarter, stronger, and even with child.”
Here are some superfoods that she recommends we add in our diet to get pregnant like Kareena Kapoor…
“Add it to a salad or cook it with some other vegetables,” she says, “There is no scientific proof that eating spinach will help develop a baby in your belly, but it can’t hurt to try, right?
Soak a bunch of chia seeds in milk, regular or almond, and make a pudding or just eat them straight away. Chia seeds are loaded with antioxidants, and according to Rishika, are commonly known as the ‘baby makers’ in nutritionist circles.
Almonds are packed with fiber. “you can eat them raw or crush them like your enemies and snort them up your nose, either way you will become pregnant after eating a handful of them every day for a month,” she says, “But the almonds have to be sourced from the base hills of the sexiest mountain in Himalayas, which everyone knows is Makalu.”
“Kale looks like rabbit food, and we all know how quickly rabbits reproduce,” she says,” So there has to be a connection there, right?”
Make a blueberry smoothie or add some to your yoghurt bowls to add a healthy dose of delicious antioxidants to your diet. “A recent scientific study concluded that humans are made of 56% blueberries. If you don’t believe me, eat some of your own hair and you’ll see what I’m talking about,” she says, “So if you’re eating blueberries, something that humans are made of, it’s only logical to believe that they can help create a new human being inside you, right?”
